“Inshallah India Jeetega…” Pakistani Cricket fan roots for ‘Men in Blue’ ahead of clash with Kiwis

Mumbai, Nov 14 (ANI): As the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 fever has gripped the whole world, disappointed by his own team Pakistani Cricket Fan Bashir Chacha rooted for Team India led by skipper Rohit Sharma ahead of a clash with New Zealand. “I support India; my wife is from Hyderabad. India will reach the final and lift the trophy...All the players in Team India are good. Right down to number 7, they are top players...I wanted an India vs Pakistan match (in the semi-final) but they (Pakistan) did not play well...India should take batting first, play well, score 350-400 runs and then there are top Indian bowlers (to defend it). I love Rohit Sharma," said the Pakistani fan. With a streak of nine wins and zero losses, ‘Men in Blue’ will lock horns with the last World Cup runner-ups New Zealand in a high-intensity match on November 14 at Mumbai’s iconic Wankhede Stadium.
