These Terms of Use govern your use of the website "www.aninews.in/" ("Website") and all such online services provided by ASIAN NEWS INTERNATIONAL (“ANI”) through its website and unless other terms and conditions expressly govern, any other electronic/online services provided by ANI that may be available from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Services"). The term “you” or “your”, being used interchangeably, refers to the user or viewer of the Website / Services. These terms shall apply mutates mutandis to the mobile versions or the versions of the Websites or Services provided by any ANI applications, including any upgrades, new versions, new features and new releases.

If you are using the ANI application, you consent to ANI automatically upgrading and updating the data and software thereof.

If you violate any provisions of the Terms of Use Agreement, your permission to use the website and the services shall automatically stand terminated and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Content, and ANI reserve the right to institute legal proceedings against any violation of the Terms of Use.

Indemnification

ANI and any Affiliated Party shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from (1) any errors in or omissions from the website or any services or products obtainable therefrom, (2) the unavailability or interruption of the website or any features thereof, (3) your use of the Site, (4) the content contained on the Site, or (5) any delay or failure in performance beyond the control of ANI or any Affiliated Party.

Monitoring

ANI shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of ANI, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by ANI and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. ANI shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on ANI. Without limiting the foregoing, ANI shall have the right to remove any material that ANI, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

Copyrights

ANI respects the rights of all copyright holders and in this regard, ANI has adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscribers and account holders who infringe the rights of copyright holders. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide ANI with the following information:

Termination

You agree that ANI, in its sole discretion, may terminate your access to the Website / Services, and remove and discard any content that you have posted on the website, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if ANI, in its sole opinion, believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms of Use of this Agreement or that you are a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights. You agree that any termination of your access to the Website under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that ANI may immediately bar any further access the website. Further, you agree that ANI shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Website.

Governing Law

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India and the Courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the Terms of use, without giving recourse to any principles of conflicts of laws.
