J&K: Indian Army organises Kashmir youth football championship in Srinagar to promote sports

Srinagar, Nov 14 (ANI): Indian Army organised Kashmir Youth Football Championship in Srinagar to promote sports culture in the valley. 22 teams from different parts of the valley will be participating in the 20-day championship organised by the Indian Army in collaboration with youth sports and services. The championship began on November 14 at the Bakhshi Stadium in Srinagar, which was renovated at a large scale with international standard infrastructure. Indian Army came forward to organise the tournament to provide a platform for football lovers in the valley and to attract more youths towards the sports. The championship will give platform for both boys and girls to showcase their talent.
