BRICS INTERNATIONAL MUNICIPAL FORUM 2023: A Catalyst for Global Urban Collaboration

India, Nov 23 (ANI/ TV BRICS): The BRICS+ International Municipal Forum gathered in St. Petersburg entrepreneurs, scientists, officials, public figures, and opinion leaders from 200 cities around the world. 7000 people who want to develop regional cooperation between the Brics+ countries. The forum is a platform for negotiations, discussions, and agreements. For example, the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina plans to buy products from the Udmurt Republic. This year, China's Harbin became a new friendly metropolis and partner of the Russian capital. The cooperation program envisages interaction in the fields of industrial development, technological innovations, science, culture, and foreign trade. In total, Moscow has cooperation agreements with more than 100 cities around the world. The forum also discussed the development of digital communication. Young leaders of the BRICS countries are developing the concept of a media platform. The fifth BRICS+ International Municipal Forum gave its participants an opportunity to meet in person and define a plan for joint work in the coming months.
